The Stone which the builders rejected
has become the corner stone.
This is the work of the Lord.
A marvel in our eyes.

God of eternal compassion,
each Easter you rekindle our faith.
Give us still greater grace,
so that we may better understand
the waters in which we have been cleansed,
the Spirit by which we have been reborn,
and the blood by which we have been redeemed.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.
