a prayer for the feast day of Glasgow’s patron saint and city founder:
Loving God,
as we honour St Mungo,
we pray for the city he founded and all its people.
Make us glad to share the Gospel he preached,
and let us show some of his courage, faithfulness
and generosity to others.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
