Formed in God, yet he emptied all and a Servant’s form put on,
Laying aside equality with God.
Humbly obeyed in weak and human flesh
bearing death, even death upon a cross
Therefore God has exalted him with a name above all names
Jesus is Lord in heaven and on earth!
Now and forever let ev’ry knee bow down,
every tongue confess that he is Lord.
