The Mass of St Andrew was written to provide a congregational and choral setting to the text of the Mass parts of the Missal of Benedict XVI in 2011. The composer’s intention is that the melodies should be accessible to congregation and unison parish choir while the optional choral harmonies provide an enrichment for larger choirs.
