This Meditation for Clarsach or Harp was written as preparations were underway for the St Mungo Festival held in Glasgow from the 9th to the 16th January 2010. The music is (c) Catherine Walker. Enoch -or Thenew or Theneu – was the mother of St Mungo, patron of Glasgow. Her story is well told in the song about her by Ian Davidson.
